How to add text to the top of the Home Page?

Hello!
I have been searching the documentation and the forum but I couldn’t find help regarding this problem.
On the home page I have selected the widgets AT courses, AT team and AT contact and I have deactivated the sliders because I would like to display a text as the first item the visitor sees. Currently the text that I introduced in the home page is displayed after the widgets. To get the text to the top I have tried to use the widget AT About us and place it as the first widget. This does display the text but I have trouble with the format of the text. After the title there is a suitcase icon shown which I’m not able to edit and then the featured text is displayed in light grey. This is hard to read and doesn’t look nice but I don’t find a way to edit its format. As an alternative I created a new widget myself called introduction and linking it to a text page called introduction. This method does not display anything where the widget is placed and I don’t understand why.

Can you please tell me exactly where within the CSS do I put the programming you provided?

Before and after which section please.
I don’t want to break the CSS by putting it in the wrong spot of the code.

Most of the options are available on the premium version theme Education Base Pro.
Or you can try following custom CSS.

}

Paragraphs and more text styling

I would like to use text styling such as paragraphs, breaks, bullets, etc. I can create these using htmlcosing in the page editor, however all styles and breaks are not present when viewing the website. This makes text longer than 2 lines very unreadible. How can I fix this?

Our Services Section

I am trying to edit the text in the Our Services section and can’t figure out where to do that.

I have a number of services listed on thetester.a2hosted.com and want to edit it to change it from the stock writing. I have tried to click edit page and whatever info i type there it doesn’t show. How do I customize the text so it no longer says “Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy…” and instead says what I want it to? Thanks!

Edit hover text

Hi there

Just bought and install AcmePhotosPro.
I’d like to know how to edit the hover text on the front page and related pages buttons. On the front page I don’t want author shown.
