The issue comes because of some transit data not saving properly on your site.

Please navigate to Appearance => Themes or Dashboard => Updates.
The issue should be fixed.

Since issue has been solved in the live chat , I am closing this thread.

Here are solutions :
Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS

For Menu :
```

For Link:

The issue was cause by the edited code, please delete the edited code and make it like before.
Or you can just reinstall the theme by deleting it.
