When the screen is not wide enough (PC or mobile), the menu collapses inside the header but when you click or hover no menu items appear.

Thank you so much for using our theme Read More. Would you please check our demo once and try to find the same issues there. If such issues is also on our demo, it will be the theme bug and we will fix it otherwise, we need to find the issues for your particular site. It may be the plugin conflicts as well. Try once by deactivating the installed plugin.
