i do not need to retrieve it. i know it. But I can not import code in header.php again. Theme editor doesn’t allow me to. How can I import google tagmanager or google analytics code in this theme?

Just one glitch: when i open my web site and click link on menu for any “one page” widget, it scrolls down but misses it (subject of widget and first line on widget can not be seen – menu is above and hiding it), after that I click on 2. and 3. menu link for widget and it goes perfectly where it should. is there possibility to fix it for 1st click?
