Sorry to bring this up again, but the same topic caught up with me, too. There is this huge, white area at the very at the top of the page. It is no reserved area for some options, because if I enable “Header Top Options” or “Header Title/Tagline Options” (for example) they do appear below the white space and the whole content only slides down a bit. The white space remains untouched.
Different browsers and different computers don´t make any difference (which is a good thing. Basically…).
Any idea where and what to look for?

TomThank you for your reply. And, I have to admit, you are right. Until now all the widgets were arranged in “Sidebar” (Design-> Customizer -> Widgets -> Sidebar), wich worked well until the latest update. Now i have moved them to …Widgets -> Sidebar left and they reappeared.
So, Problem solved, thank you.Small additional info: our WordPress used an outdated version of php and just got updated to php Version 7.2.1. Then updated the theme again to Education Base 2.0.0. Unfortunately it did not make a difference, the left sidebar issue still exists. Switched back to Education Base 1.4.7.
